Here is a little about my journey
For most of my life, I have tried to lose weight. Thankfully, through a friend, I was referred to a Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant in London. The one to one support I received was priceless; finally, I was able to witness the pounds drop on the scale, as well as the inches coming down, too.
The fast results really did make the difference between leaving deflated, as had been the case previously with other diets and feeling accomplished and determined to keep going. It also gave me the motivation to be more active and energised throughout every single day.
The one to one support I received from my Consultant quickly made me realise that I no longer needed to be restricted to the weighing scales and that everyone loses weight differently.
My passion is to help people with their lifestyle choices- become healthier and happier in their own skin. Each client is unique, so each plan is tailored to your individual needs.
